Announcement: Dead Noise Returns to Carolina Fear Fest!

While I don’t get to attend them as frequently as I do with concerts, horror film conventions are some of my favorite events to attend — no two shows are alike, and there’s always a fun community atmosphere no matter where you go or what you do. Even if you’re not a hardcore fan of the genre, it’d be a difficult task to NOT have a good time at these weekend events.

Last year, I had the pleasure of attending the Carolina Fear Fest convention in Raleigh, NC as a credentialed press member, and it was one of the most fun times I had at any horror convention — from the venue to the behind-the-scenes personnel to the other fans in attendance to the work I was able to do there, I really have nothing but good things to say about my experience there. When I walked out of the venue at the end of the day, I already knew that I wanted to visit Fear Fest every year from then on.

I’m now super excited to announce that I’ll officially be returning to Carolina Fear Fest this year for their milestone fifth annual show! Celebrating five years of the convention, I’m looking forward to providing more coverage during the Memorial Day weekend convention, including interviews, social media coverage, and more. Last year was so much fun, and I’m excited to spend more time there this year. If you’re a horror fan and near the Raleigh area May 24-26, I can’t recommend this convention enough because it’s a guaranteed great time.
